GASTRONOMY


We have an exquisite range of dishes that will delight your palate, fish, turtle, conch, lobster, fish balls (fish ball), flaked fish (mince fish), beans and salted meats (beef, meat pork, pork and fish tail) are the staple of the island table. Some sectors natives eat the green iguana meat, mainly on the island of Providence. The black crab meat for many years served only to families of low income San Andres and Providence used almost zero, has become a main course today. It is consumed in different ways in soup, shredded crab meat with coconut oil (Picked Crab) and in the same shell (Crab Back),), crab rice.




RONDON
he classic dish of the natives of the island is the rundown (uninvited) and original mix of fish, conch, salt pork, cassava, yams, plantains, bread fruit tree-rolls and dumplings flour, powder bake and salt, mixed with butter and water, makes an incomparable succulence.




CRAP RICE AND
CRAB SOU




The crab soup, meatballs or snail fish, the patty (crab claws). The crab's backs is another island delicacy in which the crab meat is mixed with a sauce of oil, onion, paprika, garlic and salt. Then fill the empty shells with meat sauteed and baked.
